Medium = size 40 (Bust 94 cm)

X-Large = Size 44 (Bust 102 cm) 

XX-Large = Size 46 (Bust 106 cm)

The shirt falls with good ease around the bust. So if you wish for a tighter fit, you can go for a smaller size than the above recommendation. Also, if you wish to have a more ample over-sized look, go for one size bigger.
